Marilyn Moats Kennedy, founder of Moats/Kennedy, Inc. (formerly Career Strategies) runs a 35-year-old consulting firm which works exclusively on workplace issues.  These include: demographic shifts in the workforce, cross-generational management, office politics, trend spotting, and career planning and management.  We research, write about, and lecture on these topics. We track, study, interview, and generally worry about everything in the world of work.  We were among the first to identify that people under 35 were determined to be self employed. Our goal is to be the Paul Revere of workplace trends.
